He was retained to stabilize a distressed network infrastructure, advance cloud technology, and expand security by implementing a cloud-first strategy: Unified video meetings and voice calling from anywhere using Zoom UCaaS Expanded and protected document access using Office 365 and Files On-Demand. Digitized traditional paper filing cabinets for secure, audited access using eBridge. Hyper-converged the network and remote access with a modern security platform using Cato SASE. Mitigated fraudulent access with multi-factor (2FA) using Cisco Duo. Consolidated physical servers with VMware vSphere virtualized servers. Simplified the network using Meraki cloud-managed switches and wireless. Protected data against ransomware and accidental data deletions using a 3-2-1 strategy. This is three copies of data with two copies on different media, one offsite in immutable (air-gapped) storage. Defended against cybersecurity threats and business email compromise (BEC scams) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) using Trend Micro Business.
