Coordinated between eight departments to maximize squadron production with dynamic aircraft availability. Maintained and used trackers to keep 50 aircrew current and proficient in 9 different type/model/series of aircraft.

Evaluated Squadron proficiency with Air to Ground tactics and employment. Instructed and evaluated junior pilots on the use of night vision goggles while executing training evolutions. Mentored junior aircrew to increase squadron tactical proficiency.
