I have worn many hats of the Automobile Industry. Like most automotive & heavy duty equipment techs I started out as a preventive maintenance tech changing oil and tires, prior to that i was raised in a family owned body shop. I've held positions such as shop foreman, purchasing manager, warranty manager.I started a pre-purchase vehicle inspection business in 2009 called Test Drive Technologies which helps used vehicle buyers know what they were about to purchase before it was too late. The business was designed to help lower income buyers avoid some of the junk sold at buy here pay here lots. The business took off like crazy but quickly went a different direction than I expected. The people who needed it the most were not using it. Instead I was getting calls from states away to inspect cars being sold locally because they couldn't make it in themselves to inspect the car. After four years I decided to close TDT and persue another dream of mine which was teaching young adults. I have always loved speaking and teaching the mechanics of the automobile and have recently accepted a full time position at Vatterott College teaching the Automotive Technology Program.As a young boy I always had dreams of riding on a fire truck... Recently my dreams come true when I was accepted into the Northwest St Clair County Fire Protection District as a Volunteer Fire Fighter...Some of my past time favorites include racing, (NASCAR, DIRT TRACK, DRAG & RC RACING), photography, camping & I also like to cook on the grill, spend time with my family and I love to take adventurous drives...
