As the Tire Care General Manager I was responsible for the overall sales, profits, hiring and scheduling of tire care and mechanical staff, mechanical services and facilities maintenance of the Travel Stop property. Some of my daily duties included supervising a team of 3 mechanics and 7 tire technicians, customer satisfaction, billing of sales tickets, national account management and running a budget.As the facilities maintenance manager I was responsible to ensure all of the property was kept clean, in good working condition including the fuel pumps, refrigeration, heating and cooling systems and all grounds keeping as well as snow removal is performed on a daily basis.
