  I'm responsible for:• The safe operation of various plants throughout the site• Producing a wide range of edible oils for the food and manufacturing industry.• The operation of processing systems including alkaline neutralising using separators, bleaching, deodorisers, fractionation and hydrogenation plants.I have experience of operating Alan Bradley PLCs/DCS HMI and SCADA control systems, and operating through a centralised remote monitoring and controlling network. I work to standardised SOPS throughout the site.I am approved to make the necessary adjustments throughout the production process to ensure all quality of manufactured oils complies with company specifications, while maintaining maximum output to achieve set production targets.In addition, I:• Ensure the point of operation management processes of testing and evaluation along with specialist procedures such as the discharging of filters, adjustment of separators on neutralisation plant and the addition of process aids.• Produce management production reports and figures for each shift, using SAP, Excel and internal database.• Liaise with the management team and engineering department when breakdowns occur, undertaking basic general repairs wherever possible.Other logistical operations include the movement of oil around the site for the various stages in the refinery process. This requires the practical experience of accurate valve and line disciplines, along with knowledge of routes for common lines and capacity calculations. I also operate a counterbalance forklift truck for the logistical operation of waste removal and transportation of process aids.
