I work directly with clients to support their growth and HR generalist needs by performing a variety of operations tasks as well as unique projects. Clients supported were mostly in e-commerce, IoT, wellness, education, activities, and clean energy spaces.

I instructed English as a second language to over 30 students from the age of 5 to 14 in a fast paced environment. I worked to develop personal connections with students in order to immerse them in the English language.

I effectively managed the rental department for branches, rental marts, and agents. I exceeded operational and sales goals while building a culture of inclusivity and quickly gained attention for organization, can-do attitude and fast paced innovative thinking.

Tanzania

Lead a project teaching a group of women how to form a small business making clean drinking filters in Tanzania. The project consisted of teaching business concepts, planning and marketing strategies while being immersed in the local culture.
