He represents a broad range of clients including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, architects, engineers and sureties and he has been intricately involved with construction projects in the private, public, and the affordable and supportive housing sectors, including mixed-use commercial and residential buildings, schools, hospitals, religious institutions, and infrastructure projects for New York’s energy, water, roadways, bridges, and subways.Mr. Spada’s experience includes contract drafting and negotiation, scope of work disputes, payment disputes, change order disputes, construction defects, delay claims, mechanic’s liens, bond claims, wrongful termination, and insurance claims.
