 HR Organization Leadership: Chief Human Resources Officer for State of Rhode Island operations. Direct Supervisor of 19 Staff and Keep Volunteers. Provides oversight of all Salvation Army personnel, programs, properties, and financial resources. Reduced staff turnover by 85%.  Organization Transformation: Developed a State Advisory Board and presently serve as the leader of 4 advisory boards. Created new State-wide poverty reducing program for families and established a new Emergency Disaster Response team in Rhode Island. Planned and conducted program and feasibility study for Capital expansion. Increased the operating budget by 57% through innovative marketing and new technology causing an increase in outreach to more than 2,000 community members. Business Strategy: Conducted 4 Telethons with Sinclair Broadcasting to raise more than $300,000. Used [this money] to change the lives of 1,200 families per year and saw a reduction in poverty in those 5,000 individuals through the eradication of food insecurity, increases in after-school education, reduction in opioid addiction, etc. Responsible for the budget, fundraising and community awareness.

My responsibilities included being the Executive Director of all Social Services for The Salvation Army in the Greater New York Division. This responsibility includes all Emergency Services operations and responses to natural disasters, terrorism, and partnered with NYC in its preparation for a response to any Ebola outbreak in NYC.
