I'm a Product and UX guy who loves helping companies innovate confidently while staying user-centered and aligning development with business goals. Today, I get to work with the best team ever at Geniuslink, a company that helps influencers, creators, and large companies earn more through smarter product links. Nothing makes me prouder than helping cultivate a corporate, data-driven competency in user experience that results in beautiful products.Prior to working with Geniuslink, I co-founded and helped lead two tech companies: Modwest and Grupthink. At both companies I was responsible for marketing, design, product management, and hands-on web development. My co-founder and I were able to grow Modwest into a healthy bootstrapped company of 14 employees, with thousands of clients in over 40 countries. At Grupthink, I also led business development, working with research firms and consumer insights professionals for large and small companies. We were fortunate to exit both companies in 2012. After exiting, I spent four years working as an independent consultant, advising web startups and smaller companies on product strategy, UX, and user research, in addition to providing full-stack web development. During this time, I connected with Geniuslink founders and began a wonderful relationship that culminated with me joining their team full-time in 2016.
