Chartered Psychologist consulting in elite sport & business and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). I started my career in professional football, playing Academy football at Oxford United. After university, I played First Class cricket for Middlesex CCC and Nottinghamshire CCC. I became fascinated by my own inconsistency - how can I perform one day, but not the next? I’m a qualified cricket and football coach (ECB Level 3 & FA Qualified). I hold a Masters degree in Occupational & Organisational Psychology. I used my organisational psychology in professional sport. I specialised in leadership, culture and its impact on performance. The findings were significant. Systemic & structural change increased performance. Elite athletes flourish when systemic & structural alignment exists. Applying organisational psychology interventions in elite sport has been both fascinating and successful. It’s been exciting applying such learning back into business world. I have consulted in the following sectors:▪️Banking and Finance▪️Print▪️Recruitment ▪️Property and Construction▪️IT▪️National and Local Government ▪️Manufacturing In Sport, I consult with elite athletes and World Champions across GB Olympic and non Olympic sports over 2 decades. Some other highlights include: ▪️Private clients in my Clinic including C level Executives in Europe & USA, small business owners, International cricketers, Premier League & Championship footballers. ▪️Deliver talks using my book: DETOX YOUR EGO to various audiences across the world. Here I overview what it takes to build an environment that allows people to flourish and take risk.▪️Sheffield United during Premier League (2019/20) Season. ▪️West Indies Cricket Team qualifying for the 2019 World Cup.▪️Sheffield United’s Championship promotion in 2017 Season. ▪️West Indies Cricket team winning their first Test match in 17 years in England 2017.▪️Middlesex County Cricket Club winning the 1st Division County Cricket Championship in 2016 at Lords for the first time in 23 years.▪️AFC Wimbledon’s winning the EFL League Two Play Off Final 2016 at Wembley.
