As CEO and Founding Partner of $700M Great Diamond Partners, I strategically led the firm, an independently-owned wealth management company (RIA) committed to serving sophisticated clients and their families. I also led investment management, business development, systems thinking, and business transitions.Leading the due diligence and execution phases to launch the new RIA was a labor of love and provided energy needed given the size of the challenge. Coordinating efforts with colleagues, strategic partners and service providers led to a successful launch in May of 2019. By December of 2019, we were well above budget with 105% of assets transitioned.With a belief that the gold standard of wealth management is found at the intersection of empathy and technology, I guided the firm's evolution to meet the needs of its clients and those of the next generation. The team focused on our clients' financial and lifestyle needs, including the preservation, growth, protection, and transfer of their wealth. Integral to planning services was a unique focus on charitable giving, an effort that was important to many of our clients and reflected the team members' commitment to serving the greater good of our community.
