In my current role as a Senior Cyber Engineer, I support the sales team by providing technical presentations to potential customers, as well as building solutions to meet their needs. Our customer base varies across all industries, both domestic and international, each with varying needs, requirements, and regulations. During my presentations I strive to be a trusted advisor, tailoring all presentations and discussions to each specific industry's needs. The products incorporated in our portfolio that I support include Linux memory forensics, data transfer guards, cross domain technologies, insider threat end user monitoring software, data analytics and visualizations, redisplay technologies (virtual desktop infrastructure and virtual mobile infrastructure), and zero day malware detection.In addition to my pre-sales support, I have provided webinars and presented at ASIS International 2014, ISS World 2014, the NASACT 2014 Annual Conference, and at the Raytheon Cyber Security Summit 2014.In my prior experiences, I have managed projects involving all stakeholders in a governmental organization including vendors, residents, civilian and police department personnel, managers, executives, and elected officials. I was responsible for all pieces of an IT operation including budget, purchasing, power, environmentals, server and SAN hardware, physical and cyber security, networking, telephony, enterprise applications, etc. Major projects have included the implementation of new payroll, finance, record management (RMS), online registrations, pool and golf course point of sales (POS) software packages, a new website, and a high availability VMware ESX environment.
