I was selected by ICC to fill an open development position for Bell & Howell Publication Systems. There I was trained to assume the duties of a resigning Bell & Howell WWW application developer. I grew to really enjoy the group of people I worked with, and the atmosphere provided by the company. I left ICC in February 1998 to pursue a full time development opportunity with Bell & Howell Publication Systems.

Employed as a Tier 1 Help Desk associate, diagnosing and alleviating customer’s problems over the telephone and via e-mail for a startup ISP. Concurrently, designed and developed WWW pages and applications for local businesses. I left the company in 1997 to accept a development opportunity through Information Control Corporation.
