Headed up Design Point – a creative company with a mainly corporate client base across many sectors.Account managed all marketing briefs and project managed from conception to completion including estimating, written headlines and recommendations on format and output. Commissioned all external creative resource and was responsible for department budget. Used the Fox production processes whenever necessary.Creative disciplines included all aspects of corporate branding including brand development, newsletters and magazines, advertising, sales aids and product brochures, packaging, banner and pop up displays, exhibition support, online and animation. Account managed and created concepts design and artwork of B2B and B2C campaign material for a mainly financial client base.Responsibilities also included job trafficking, managing team performance and work output. Also client liaison, project management, attending creative briefings and presentations, print buying, budget control and proof reading. Responsible for buying of external creative services where necessary. Regularly worked alongside copywriters to establish creative and oversee written content to ensure communication is delivered effectively and within brand guidelines. Frequently liaised with clients at a senior level across various financial business areas including pensions, retail and adviser. Managed every stage of project from brief proposition and scamps through to final execution, including a follow up of campaigns to measure effectiveness/revenues.

Conceptualised and designed B2B marketing literature for UK and European distribution as well as B2C UK communications. Assisted in the development of the Fidelity brand guidelines and subsequent 'policing' internally, across European marketing teams and to an external roster of agencies. Work produced by all external suppliers monitored for quality and consistent brand messaging. Art directed and managed junior/freelance designers ensuring work was on brief, to a required standard, proof read and delivered to account management. Worked directly with clients and account management to director level for proposition development and attended initial briefings through to final presentation. Responsibilities also included working alongside copywriters producing scamps and headlines to produce concepts. Specifying print and liaison with external creative services where necessary – events, web and multimedia. Constantly worked on building relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business both in the UK and across Europe.
