I have consistently met and exceeded performance goals for baggage handling, on-time departures and arrivals, focus flights, fleet launches, and kiosk usage by proactively identifying and addressing numerous challenges with creative solutions. I also led the creation and implementation of modern de-icing programs at our northern state facilities, collaborating with vendors and third-party training providers to ensure our team members received the best training possible.In addition, I have managed, maintained, secured, and implemented all new and current service agreement contracts for business partners, representing JetBlue in airport and industry meetings and conferences, serving as a decision-maker for our facilities, and executing business partner contracts and airport security operations. I oversaw all stations' KPIs by ensuring full P&L responsibility and engaging with multi-functional departments and agencies to assure safe and efficient on-time operations.Key Accomplishments:► Directed and coordinated activities for 9 diverse facilities ranging from 44 crewmembers to 170+ crewmembers in four states, while orchestrating airport, center, and ground operations along with de-icing measures at JetBlue Airways.► Adhered to all federal, state, and local regulations, including FAA, DOT, TSA, and other government agencies, while ensuring the safety of crewmembers at JetBlue Airways.► Developed and initiated company-wide leadership teams as well as promoted 6 supervisors and 2 general managers by identifying crewmembers exhibiting leadership qualities.► Conducted station audits and ensured each station followed all regulated guidelines and company policies by collaborating with safety and security departments.► Ensured compliance with safety, environmental, security, vendor contract, training, and financial rules/regulations by conducting internal audits and investigations, while addressing any irregularities and fines received from government agencies.
