Experienced statistical programming leader on both the CRO and Pharmaceutical side through FSP relationships. I’ve been privileged to work alongside, learn from, mentor, lead, and manage many great people throughout the world over the last 11+ years. I have vast experience in clinical trials (especially Oncology) with everything from CRF, SDTM, ADaM, Tables Figures Listings (TFL), submission packages (define.xml, cSDRG, ADRG, etc)), dataset validation tools (Pinnacle21), etc.Through the years I’ve worked across many different studies from early phase up to phase III including integrated databases for Safety (ISS, DSUR, IB, etc.) and efficacy (ISE). I enjoy managing project resources and timelines while problem solving along the road to high quality and timely deliveries. Outside of my project work I’ve appreciated the opportunity to train others, whether it was onboarding new hires or rolling out an innovative training for the biometrics department. My training experience includes working on a small team with the responsibility to develop, organize, track, and maintain biostatistic related trainings. I pride myself on being detail oriented, eager to continue to learn and grow as an individual and leader.
