Founded Urban Workshop from scratch and in less than 10 months turned it into the 3rd largest DIY workshop and makerspace in North America with over $1m worth of tools and equipment and offering over 100 classes a month. Responsible for developing all aspects of the business to enable the opening of 10 location in 7 years including the implementation and roll out of cloud based accounting and membership management software, online equipment reservation systems, online membership registration, and online class registrations. Creating strategic partnerships with leading international technology suppliers to enhance member experience and promote partner products. Partners include Autodesk, Epilog, Haas, Industrial Metal Supply, Laguna Tool, Miller Welding, Solidworks, and more. Continuously creating relationships with local non-profits to support STEM and STEAM programs for kids thru the use of the Urban Workshop facilities.

Purchased the business in dire condition and in less than 1 year turned it into a $4.5M+ organisation and the largest independent Porsche race program in North America. Managed all financial aspects and operations activities of the business to perform the turn around. Created from scratch all policies regarding customer sales and support, vendors, purchasing, inventory, part sales and race programs. Also oversaw all aspects of car development and testing during local tests and race events ranging from Pirelli Cup and Ferrari Challenge to IMSA and Grand Am. Worked closely with our drivers to develop their skills as driver and further their understanding of vehicle dynamics and data analysis.

EvoDrive Technologies LLC is a green automotive technology spin-off from Automotive Technology Group Inc. with the goal to commercialize the patented Integrated Electric Powertrain (IEP). The IEP has been proven to significantly improve drivability of EV and hybrid vehicles through the use of our toroidal CVT based transmission allowing for a 20+% reduction in motor size. The motor size reduction along with the reduction in size of all of the ancillary equipment allows for significant reduction in the vehicle manufacturing cost and weight. By addressing the two most pressing barriers to adoption, EvoDrive Technologies is enabling mass production and encouraging mass adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles.

Designed plastic net extrusion heads and material processing equipment to slit, roll and package product in a highly automated process. Conceptualized and implemented highly successful new design of a large extrusion head that radically improved extruder performance and up-time while reducing maintenance by a factor of 10x.
