- Leaded and coordinated APC team members and users during every project phases .Delivered a Mass Production Production Bump APC (CoWoS/WLCSP/InFO Sputter, Overlay, CD)- Designed and developed the JIRA projects included EPOP Litho Handover Project to provide a common platform which can be created issue to find out the root cause and recorded the correct action as SOP for sharing and the Division Requirement Control Board Project to provide tracking system and alerting the overdue task- Improved code quality by CI tool and provided the solution material for core team- Provided the Die Traceability System and AOI System the server side web service to client side Flex UI using (based on JBoss server and using Hibernate)

- Successfully designed the 1st Mass Production APC with auto NTO model for Bump Line in TSMC by engaing requirement to calculate automatically the recipe when an NTO arrives - Designed TSV Etch back APC by engaging requirement to improve throughput, people productivity, MO prevention and make mass-production feasible only within two weeks. (1) Got Department Manager praise on short learning path and well understanding on APC (2) Got RD Deputy Director appreciation on on-time delivering with desired quality

- Combined the smart phone and Zigbee to guide the blind in Daan Forest Park. Using C# to implement the windows phone UI, communicating the Zigbee position between Bluetooth interface- Successfully built the indoor position system by WIFI position algorithm. Using c++ to implement the socket program, the server side handled the WIFI position calculation and client side show the result with indoor map in WinCE and Android handheld device

- Provided an invention patent "Method of utilizing air conditioner to control thermal comfort level of environment". The method reduces energy consumption of the air conditioner when utilizing the air conditioner to improve the thermal comfort level of an environment (Used by cooperation companies "Fubon Land" and "Farglory Land") - Successfully designed and implemented control program for rolling door, air conditioner and etc. of sample house to prove the usability of patent (8051 and ZigBee)- Performed data analysis and evaluated trends of thermal comfort factors of Taipei City Government, Taipei City Council, and Household Registration Office, Xinyi District, Taipei City.It helped optimize facilities operations, reduce energy expense. (Ecomony Freg Shui Project) (ZigBee)- Communicated and correspondeded with team members to cowork the IP cam system included object motion tracking, people counting, moving object detection analysis and PTZ camera mapping
