A varied set of responsibilities included designing and delivering masterplanning and architectural solutions for a number of feasibility projects in the residential, social housing and commercial fields; successful competition work, preparing design and access statements and planning applications; preparing developed design and detailed drawings; CABE (Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) presentation boards + other formal presentations; area schedules; Presentation and participation in meetings with clients and consultants, council representatives, planning consultants, engineers, environmental & heritage specialists, quantity surveyors and contractors; » Steven's interest in the area of sustainable design led him to joining the company’s Sustainability Group which continually focuses on promoting, improving awareness, knowledge and importance of an informed approach towards responsible design, within and outside of the office.
