With 28 years of experience in the Netherlands and 2 in Scotland I am a professional in pharmaceutical industry. I could proudly present a very long list of everything I've accomplished in that time, but I would rather like to explain the way I work and the person I am. Respectful to everyone, a good listener and above all solution-oriented. I like to find common interests and work out possibilities this offers. I oversee the big picture and easily translate this into solutions for both the short term and the long term. And then make sure they get implemented. I have worked in different research departments and am quick and efficient in learning new subjects. I have excellent analyzing and problem solving skills and work in a well-organized manner. Having worked in several multidisciplinary and international teams, I find it easy to collaborate with people of different skills, backgrounds and culture.
