Improved initial brands and maintained their consistency across multiple projects. Created styling kits including essential color palettes and wireframes used throughout projects. Designed and developed websites, social media outlets and print-ready material. Produced hundreds of e-mail creatives for a wide array of clientele. Also performed the role of Project Manager, communicating between sales reps and clients. Organized daily tasks with strategies for an even workflow between all departments.

Designed all online and print media, as well as hand-coding a proprietary web-based store and CRM. Developed and marketed a website for every product they offered, along with designing new brands and labels to be used with their most popular treatments. Created a constantly growing and stable social community for several skin diseases. Authored internal books of information for new employees to educate them about the medical conditions that they were required to understand, focusing on the treatments we were providing. Managed all SEO/SEM campaigns and optimized one of their sites to rank #2 in the SERPs for "psoriasis treatment" on Google, without using a paid service. Directed and outsourced translations of their written material for several demographics.

Created and maintained an entire user interface for the back-end and client dashboard. Worked alongside clients, data entry, sales and management with changes. Communicated with outsourced programmers, respecting and understanding the techniques for functional interactivity within their VBScript and SQL database structures. Was the in-house designer for all online advertising and 2c/4c print-ready marketing materials provided to top clients.

Teaching illustration and design to 100+ students from the ages of 6 to 92. Reviewed the artwork by specific students and supported their application of the techniques and materials used to create it. Was also heavily involved in various animation and illustration projects outsourced by Will Eisner Studios, The Walt Disney Studios, Sullivan Bluth Studios (Ireland), Don Bluth Entertainment and PepsiCo.

Was mentored during projects that included Sega of America, Smith & Wesson and Brach's Confections. Also performed freelance work for Sticky Situations, the family board game starring "McGee and Me!", assisting on original designs as well as composition for the board and box.
