Managing Director, National Strategic Sales
CurrentClient strategist and Chief of Staff reporting to the President of Valley Bank. Responsible for working on the Strategy and Execution plan for all Commercial, Retail, Consumer, Treasury Solutions, and Credit Risk Management business groups nationally for Valley Bank. *Specifically, involved in the development of all prospect conversion and client deepening banker development plans. *I am responsible for providing oversight and guidance on the annual review and ideation of Incentive Compensation Plans for all client touching business areas. *I work with the senior executive (chief banking officer, department president) for each geography on the creation of a market development plan, individual banker roles and expected behaviors. I hold the business group executives accountable for execution of strategic initiatives through the use of metrics and key performance indicators reviewed monthly. *I provide guidance and oversight to over 400 sales professionals. My department is the focal point for Salesforce report creation and data analytics assessment. *I work with key ancillary product groups (e.g., Treasury Management, FX, Derivates, etc.) to increase collaboration between all areas of the bank. *I am responsible for creating market intelligence forums to provide our bankers with information that will help them in their day to day role. I also work with our Learning & Development team to create ongoing product, credit and sales training for all client facing areas of the bank.
