Correcting issues encountered during past tests.• Coordinating with all testing platforms to review and execute the procedures required to meet the customer’s timeline objectives.• Creating IOCP/MVSCP source files to support customer processor requirements.• Providing Excel/PowerPoint/Visio diagrams illustrating hardware connectivity.• Assisting customers with system startup errors encountered during IPLs, such as IODF, PARMLIB and network connectivity configurations.• Executing restoration scripts to recover the customer's Operating Systems. Documenting issues and timelines. Working with the customer to correct and streamline restoration instructions.• Conducting post test calls to discuss technical issues encountered during testing. Providing root cause analysis and resolution, along with observations and recommendations for process improvement.• Working with the Project Management team with the implementation, installation and testing of company and customer owned equipment.
