Steven began his commercial real estate career by leasing office properties with a mid-size local firm and eventually opened his own brokerage and property management firm handling over 3.5 million square feet of office and retail properties.Eventually, Steven sold his business to Trammell Crow Company, later joining Marcus & Millichap - Detroit in late 2001 to focus primarily on Multi Housing Investment Sales. and expanded his reach by adding Self Storage Sales to his capabilities. As an Agent, Steven is the recipient of numerous Marcus & Millichap awards for productivity and results.In October 2008, Steven agreed to become the Sales Manager for the Columbus & Cincinnati offices of Marcus & Millichap. In April 2009, Steven was asked to become the Regional Manager for the Chicago Oak Brook office and was promoted to Vice President in April 2012 and First Vice President in May 2015.Steven also serves as the National Director of both the Self Storage Division and the Land & Redevelopment Division.
