• Operations Lead on high-profile grocery delivery pilots. These include drone delivery, digital farmer’s market, food automation, and restaurant supply. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, network design, strategy, & stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of pilots.• Create SOPs and training documentation for all operational functions. • Conduct onsite training and provide daily support to onsite personnel.• Identify and reduce customer barriers and interruptions through technical solutions.• Partner with 3rd party vendors to ensure successful completion of daily tasks and overall project goals. • Develop and track project metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.• Lead on multiple enterprise-wide process improvement projects for Pickup. • Partner with Kroger Technology and Research and Development to define business requirements of technical solutions and see them to completion/implementation.• Develop solutions to help improve front-end efficiency and associate ease of use.• Evaluate store operational results, identify areas of improvement, and develop enterprise-wide solutions.• Assist in the development of written training/communication plans and documentation• Travel to divisions to support customer 1st initiatives, processes, and best practices.

Responsible for assembling project teams of 20+ personnel, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules. Utilize Safe/Agile 4.0 experience and certification to conduct project meetings, track projects, and execute project objectives. Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Spearhead multiple $5M+ enterprise-wide projects. Projects include: reduction of cost/waste expenditures surrounding cardboard baling, housekeeping supplies and preventative maintenance; development and installation of next generation WIFI devices; and Zigbee 3.0 certification. • Negotiate pricing with multiple internal and external vendors to accurately forecast and maintain installation budgets. • Manage Project Iteration (PI) planning sessions every 10 weeks. Oversee and direct project teams of 20+ as project goals, epics, and sprints are identified, scheduled, tracked, and completed.• Utilize OneView and ePro internal billing system to establish and update project budgets. Manage deviations from project plans to update budget forecasts and actuals. Use systems to generate and maintain purchase orders. • Monitor software development to identify any deficiencies with technological progress. Report all issues to the development team via change requests.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of wireless/mobility leaders, programmers, trainers, and managers to meet project objectives. Interface with wireless suppliers and GE internal personnel to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide reporting. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Direct 10+ ongoing cost-saving initiatives that saved GE an average of $4 million per year. These include eliminating zero use devices, identifying users with unnecessary multiple devices, updating and/or removing mobile device plans and features, etc. • Main point of contact for all US-based GE employees for wireless and mobility issues. Assist all US users by troubleshooting issues with their wireless device(s). • L3 lead for GE helpdesk that assists users with wireless issues/questions. Hire and train all help desk personnel. Identify efforts to improve and simplify end-user experience by reducing tickets, lowering touch points, and improving accountability. Develop all training documentation.• Develop and maintain MyTech online wireless device ordering portal. Collaborate with website developers to ensure all wireless ordering processes are functioning properly. • Identify enhancements and bugs within MyTech portal and report to the development team via change requests. • Liaison between wireless carriers and GE locations on 40+ simultaneous in-building wireless signal enhancement projects. Work in partnership with wireless carriers and site locations to track progress of projects to ensure all are completed on schedule and budget.

Direct development and implementation of installation and upgrade projects for grocery store computer/point-of-sale equipment. Work with a cross-functional team of programmers, trainers, process engineers, and managers to meet project objectives. Present detailed project summaries to senior-level management and conduct post-implementation analyses to determine areas for project improvement. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Leader on 35+ successful project launches, steering all programs into production roll-out. Guide teams of 15+ personnel from various departments and work jointly with management to address issues. • Leverage negotiation and communication skills to guide project teams across hundreds of store locations nationwide. Correspond on a daily basis with team members and other managers to ensure proper execution of project goals.• Operate under strict deadlines to complete each project on time and under budget. React to real-time changes and develop contingency plans to ensure accuracy and completion.• Develop comprehensive training programs for all projects that led to overall improved team capabilities. Work closely with training groups and collaborate with managers to develop team member skills. Create and update training documentation.
