Directly responsible for the academic, physical, moral-ethical, professional and military development of seven Athletic Interns and 50 recruited CadetCandidate athletes. Serves as a professional mentor for the 240 Cadet Candidates at USMAPS. Develops and facilitates the Athletic Department's training and practice schedule into the mission of USMAPS. Responsible for sustaining situational awareness for Athletic Department and USMAPS staff. Assists the head football coach in running football operations, coaching the offensive line and special teams. Responsible for the Command Supply Discipline Program in the Athletic Department worth more than $1,500,000 and directly responsible for more than $50,000 worth of equipment and supplies.

Assistant Operations Officer for a 16 gun Field Artillery Battalion in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). Responsible for managing training, planning, and execution of battalion operations.•Served as the Rear Detachment Battalion Executive Officer for over 200 personnel remaining at Fort Campbell, Kentucky during the Battalion's deployment to Afghanistan. •Represented the Battalion as an individual augmentee at the Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, LA for three weeks working in the Joint Operations Center as a Fire Support Officer.•Assisted in the planning for the first Battery level Air Assault operation to Fort Knox, Kentucky in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) in over three years.

Fire Support Officer for the only Full Spectrum Air Cavalry Squadron in the Army; responsible for the integration and implementation of lethal and non-lethal Fires and Effects for a Squadron consisting of 21 OH-58D armed reconnaissance helicopters and eight RQ-7 Shadow UASs. Partnered with the Intelligence Officer to develop, nominate, and select targets in accordance with the Targeting Cycle and Commander's Guidance. Integrated and deconflicted surface based fires with squadron aircraft. Additionally was responsible for coordinating the long range training for the Squadron and managing land and ammunition requests and training resources. •Served as the Brigade FSO for the first Brigade level Air Assault mission at Fort Campbell in over a decade.•Successfully completed Air Assault School, the Cavalry Leaders Course, and the Joint Firepower Course.•Rated as the top Battalion Fire Support Officer in the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade.

Personnel and Logistics Officer for 12 man team responsible for mentoring and advising the 2nd BDE Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) S-1 and S-4. Mentors and advises ANCOP S-1 on improving his shop. Responsible for processing all evaluations, awards, and other personnel information for my 12 man team as well as four subordinate teams. Signed for over 5.5 million dollars worth of government property. •Assisted Afghan counterpart in planning Identification Card registration and distribution for over 900 ANCOP personnel. •Worked with ANCOP Education Officer in organizing literacy program to improve literacy level of the ANCOP BDE in Kandahar. •Assisted the ANCOP S-1 shop in putting all personnel records on computers improving the overall organization of the shop.• Rated as a top 20% Officer by the Fires Brigade Commander.

Responsible for the battalion operations orders, fragmentary orders, training meeting slides, and the BN S3 Action Officer from multiple events of a battalion composed of 16 guided munitions capable launchers, and equipment valued over $83 million. Manage and coordinates the training, communications, and liaison operations. Prepares operations orders, training guidance, and training briefs. Prepares and coordinates all contingency and training deployment plans. •Published over 30 Operations and Fragmentary Orders. •Primary planner for the Leader Brigade Gut Check. •Rated as one of the top four Lieutenants out of 25 in the Battalion by Battalion Commander.

Battalion S1 for the 1-14 Field Artillery consisting of a headquarters battery, two High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS)/Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) capable batteries, and a Field Service Company, and over 475 Soldiers. Serves as the Battalion Human Resource Officer responsible for leading the battalion’s personnel and administrative services to include: tactical personnel procedures and systems, officer and enlisted strength management, OER and NCOER management, casualty notification and casualty assistance operations, official correspondence, orders management, awards, staff duty operations, Soldier readiness checks, postal operations and many other personnel actions. •Processed over 120 evaluation reports without one late report. •Processed and presented over 200 awards recognizing deserving Soldiers for their accomplishments. •Reconstructed the Battalion S-1 shop from being rated as one of the worst in the Brigade to one of the top two.

HIMARS Platoon Leader responsible for the health, welfare, and moral of 28 Non-Commissioned Officers and soldiers along with over $24 million in equipment. Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom for seven months. Provided long range Field Artillery support for USD-N as a division asset. •Provided long range artillery support for USD-N during Operation Iraqi Freedom 09-10. •No negative serious incident reports occurred in the Platoon during my tenure as Platoon Leader. •Rated as one of the top two Lieutenants out of more than 20 by my Battalion Commander.

Graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Played football for four seasons and was selected to serve on Brigade Staff my senior year.
