My role integrates design thinking, user research, and prototyping, which I have introduced to our development team. By embedding a user-centered design process into our agile workflow, we ensure rapid iteration and informed decisions before implementation.Key accomplishments:• AI-Driven Station Invoice Automation: Led the development of an AI-powered web application, automating the analysis of monthly vendor invoices. This streamlined financial operations and significantly reduced the accounting team’s manual workload.• Media Confirmations Automation: Designed and built a web app that automates the workflow for media buyers, integrating with existing email systems to replace manual communication with stations, dramatically increasing efficiency.• Network Airing Log Ingestion: Spearheaded the development of a web app for ingesting daily data logs from external vendors, a project critical to operational scaling and revenue growth. Collaborated with PM, engineering, research, and media teams to design and implement the solution, resulting in a 156% efficiency gain in the first month.• Inbound Phone Routing, Attribution, and IVR System: Designed and managed the development of a call routing and attribution system that has become essential to our business operations and revenue generation.• Design System Implementation: Developed a unified design system and Figma Library with reusable components, maintaining visual and functional consistency across the product, all managed in source control.
