I drove the company vision for 18 years through various roles and became President & CEO in 2008. Led the company turnaround, achieved profitability and growth, culminating in a successful acquisition by PDF Solutions in July 2015. I relentlessly identified and analyzed current trends and needs in the enterprise yield management market to stay on the cutting edge and outpace the competition.
