The art of Pitching is a symphony of movements, timing, and effort. I specialize in the introduction and mastery of the complex art of overhand throwing. As an instructor of individual or group setting instruction, I focus on developing a keen understanding of how our bodies work, why certain movements should be avoided, and others be emphasized. Primary focus of a healthy sequence of movements to promote strong, athletic movements that lead to elite pitching and throwing abilities.
