Role:• Implementation of Clinical Systems.• Planning/Time management of work around customer requirements.• Environments include LAN, WAN and Terminal Server solutions.• Dell and HP Servers/Workstations.• Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Professional.• Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy, DNS, WINS, Share/NTFS Permissions.• Software: Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft Office, McAfee Antivirus, MySQL, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec PCanywhere and bespoke Clinical Software.• Between 5-50 systems/users per site.• Raid Arrays: 1 (Mirror), 5 (Striped).• Tape Drives for encrypted backups.• UPS, Document Scanners, Laser Printers, Smart Card Readers.• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.

Role:• Installation of Pharmacy IT equipment.• Planning/Time management of work around customer requirements.• 1-8 systems/3-10 Users.• Customers include: Asda, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Cooperative Group, Superdrug as well as smaller groups and independents.• Software: Bespoke PMR Patient Medication Record) Software, MSSQL, Symantec Antivirus and Symantec PcAnywhere.• Hardware: Dell Workstations, Cisco Routers, Brother Laser Printers, Zebra/Star Label Printers, Barcode Scanners, Smart Card Readers, UPS.• Demo/training of bespoke software to individuals/small groups.• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.

Role:First and Second line support agent for the following helpdesk’s which were sourced by Fujitsu:Sirius Helpdesk (Home Office IT contract).I provided full administrative remote support on the Home Office Network.Epson Technical Support Helpdesk.First Direct Bank Helpdesk (Internet Banking IT Support).Trainer for both technical and non technical courses for the northern based Fujitsu sites.I delivered and developed training plans for the following courses and customers:Fujitsu: Company Induction/BS7799 Security Event/Microsoft Office & Exchange.Home Office, Irish Courts, Coca Cola Enterprise and the Post Office.
