Job Scope:1. Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.2. Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.

Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies.3. Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience.4. Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims.5. Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current.6. Provides continuing service by providing direct deposit forms, processing changes in beneficiary, and analyzing policy loan applications.7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.8. Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs.

Job Scope:1. Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.2. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.3. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.4. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.5. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.6. Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.7. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.8. Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.9. Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.10. Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.11. Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.12. Liaison with other departments, particularly the accounting, manufacturing and stock departments.

Responsibilities:1. Process daily market list and general item upon request by respective department.2. Continually review and monitor prices and quality from suppliers to ensure standards are maintained and prices remain competitive. Source new and alternate suppliers for existing products whenever necessary. 3. To review purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity discounts and purchasing budget. 4. Ensures that all authorised or approved purchase orders are sent to their respective suppliers/vendors for delivery purposes on a daily basis.5. Monitor and coordinate with internal department.6. Maintain good partnership with supplier to ensure flawless support.7. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude both to internal customers, external suppliers and also to maintain a high level of integrity.8. Ensures & verifies that quotations are regularly updated and supplier’s new current price lists are maintained.9. Ensures the items delivery on lead time.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle purchase of F&B wet & dry item, spare part, printing item, hotel & restaurant equipment & etc. 2. Sourcing for new suppliers and maintain good relationship with new and current supplier. 3. Sort out items requested by requester into groups. 4. State down expected delivery date and set goals so that item requested can be purchase on time. 5. Prepare quotation inquiry and sort out price comparison. 6. Confirm items required, try reducing cost and clarify the paying terms. 7. Issue purchase order and arrange delivery. 8. Follow up items delivered and arrange payment with account department. 9. Request statement of account from supplier to follow up debts accrual. 10. Follow up items in pending so that order can be done as soon as possible. 11. Stock control and order items to replenish for the stock make sure the stock always sufficient.
