Senior Specialist
CurrentLeads the IT Business Relationship Management function by connecting business line needs and objectives with IT capabilities and strategies. Builds long-term relationships and serves as a trusted advisor to business line partners across the organization. Maintains a pulse on the direction of the organization and influences IT strategy to ensure alignment of IT delivery with customer priorities.Serves as the central point of contact for all IT demand shaping and management. Engages with stakeholders and technical experts to achieve agreement on business problem requirements and partners with the IT Architecture Office to identify potential solutions and implementation plans. Collaborates with project and product managers to prioritize and allocate resources and ensure appropriate handoff.Owns IT application portfolio management activities, overseeing the entire lifecycle of applications and ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. Collaborates on application rationalization assessments, analyzing the existing portfolio of applications to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for consolidation, resulting in streamlined operations, reduced costs, and improved user experience. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors, to assess application needs, evaluate goodness of fit for new technologies, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals and resource constraints.
