I support several Federal Government organizations in Cyberspace Operations.

Guided the technology investments of JTF-GNO, DISA and the military Services in developing NetOps capabilities. Identified new technologies that were viable for enterprise deployment. Led the development of the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint NetOps Architecture, resulting in improved understanding and execution of NetOps across DoD. Developed the systems architecture and led a project using emerging technology to improve situational awareness of DoD networks.

Served as the Chief of the staff section responsible for developing the concept of NetOps and formulating NetOps Policy for USSTRATCOM and the DoD. Transformed DoD engineering, implementation and operation of National Command and Control networks by developing the concept of Network Operations (NetOps) for operating and defending military networks and communications systems. Also planned the creation of United States Strategic Command’s Joint Task Force – Global Network Operations. I was the Principal author of the Joint Concept of Operations for Global Information Grid NetOps.

Served as the Operations Officer and second in command of the Army’s Network Operations and Security Center – Europe (ANOSC-EUR). Supervised the daily operations of 85 personnel responsible for operating and defending all communications systems supporting U.S. Army Europe across 9 countries. Coordinated the operations of the ANOSC-EUR, 9 subordinate Network Operations and Security Centers, the Army Global NOSC and the EUCOM J-6. Developed the policies and procedures for implementing NetOps in Europe. I was Responsible for exercising and evaluating the effectiveness of NetOps within the Command.
