Project Name: Cloud Orchestration Platform for SD-WAN Network-- Description: • With the new generation of SD-WAN network topology and service evolving to be more and more complex, how to manipulate network configuration / utilization / monitoring / management become more vital. All of them need to be closely tracked in a real-time, intelligent and automatic approach. -- Responsibility: • Visualize site / device / topology info on map.• Aggregate multi-dimensional performance data and dynamically update them on map. • Design and implement UI common components.• Design and setup test infrastructure coupling with Selenium framework.-- Achievement: • The service goes live in operator production servers on time under tough schedule. -- Technical Skills: • Docker, Kubernetes, JS, Etcd, OpenStreestMap, Nginx, HaProxy, NodeJs, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Yang, Jinja, etc.

Project Name: Network Management Platform-- Description: • Junos Space is a smart, comprehensive and automated network management platform. It offers a rich set of functions for administrating entire enterprise network.-- Responsibility: • Cluster server upgrades in parallel and more reliably.• Infrastructure about automatic purging stale DB records and disk files. • Module on notifying online users and rebooting server nodes in a cluster. -- Technical Skills: • J2EE, Jboss, JS, Perl, Mysql, etc.

Project Name: Cloud Services Optimization-- Description: • With service applications expanding and user number increasing dramatically, existing data centers are facing heavy workload and hardly accommodate more users. To solve the problems, system optimization is required. -- Responsibility: • Analyze the entire system, carry out stress tests and identify the bottlenecks. Based on that, the workflows of the system and behaviors of sub-systems are restructured. -- Achievement: • The cloud capability is lifted significantly. The supported users per sub-cloud climb to 500k from previous 260k. This improvement helps save hundreds of thousands of US dollars to be spent setting up new clouds and maintaining them. -- Technical Skills: • Cloud Computing, J2EE, Mysql, Restful, OAuth, etc.

Project Name: SSO / SLO Services-- Description: • Motorola offers end users diverse services on multi-media. To enable all these services (running in handset, PC and pad) to be accessible to user by one unified credential, SSO (single sign on) is designed and implemented. • SLO (single log out) is provided meanwhile. -- Responsibility: • Design / implement / deploy these services.• Migrate user data from legacy DB to the new DB with SSO enabled.-- Achievement: • Lead a team for the project. Project Name: Social-net Integration to Cloud Services-- Description: • MotoBlur platform is a brand-new solution to serve Android smart phones. Social-net stuffs are aggregated and then pushed to devices incrementally and automatically. • Besides, users are enabled to manage social-net content through MotoBlur device client. -- Responsibility: • Technical lead. People management. Coordination with cross-functional teams such as PM, PrM, QA and NetOp. • Design and implement the server.-- Achievement: • Totally 10+ social networks globally are investigated and assessed. 8 among them are integrated. • The service is so attractive that it boosts global device sales greatly. -- Technical Skills: • Cloud Computing, J2EE, Mysql, Restful, OAuth, etc.

Project Name: SCREEN3-- Description: • SCREEN3 is one value-added service for mobile device. It smartly organizes RSS content fetched from RSS vendors, and then incrementally distributes to devices. • Users are enabled to sub/unsubscribe RSS channel in device through WAP pages. -- Responsibility: • Communication with customer. Collect and finalize requirements from 10+ operators in Hongkong, Taiwan and India etc. • Customize the system to serve multiple operators with a single server. This eases server maintenance and saves plenty of operation cost.• Design and develop reporting systems. -- Achievement: • Get the server deployed / upgraded as scheduled. Project Name: Inventory, Contract and Delivery Management (SCM)-- Description: • SCM is essential to merchandise manufacture & sale.
