Profile bio

About Steve Oberhansly Fmp

I’ve been active restoring and maintaining prominent properties in the resort, retail, church/educational, and cultural facilities for the majority of my career. I enjoy and get excited about providing showcase-level environments for people to enjoy. Since 2008, I have been the Director of Facilities and Operations at the Phoenix Art Museum. There, I’ve been able to significantly reduce electrical usage without loss of use or comfort, raise the overall building and grounds experience, and increase the professionalism and ethical integrity of the facilities, landscaping and custodial staff.Helping departmental staff to thrive based on respect and genuine value has helped us to excel in in our work while enjoying the satisfaction that comes from working together to achieve exceptional results. Museum's are far more important to society, local and regionally, than I'd thought possible, and the positive impact of cultural facilities in local communities is tremendous in many various and important ways.

Listed skills include Customer Service, Event Planning, Event Management, Museums, and 12 others.
