Dr. Steve O'Dowd is an experienced, highly respected professional and business expert. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an M.B.A., and a Doctorate in Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta, an International Honor Society in Business. Over the past 20 years, Steve has also been active in various nonprofit organizations.
