In 2006, Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham) was running at 70% management turnover, with the new process and team in place by 2010 the turnover was at 37%, a 33% decrease. We implemented a new assessment from Predictive Index (PI) to help us be more efficient in evaluating the applicants.
