20+ years in the hospitality business with Operations, Human Resource and Recruiting experience. Starting my career in restaurant operations has given me the foundation needed to be successful with partnering with operators in my role as a Human Resources and Staffing professional. I've had experience with both a small fast growing company and a more mature Fortune 100 company. In 2006, Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham) was running at 70% management turnover, with the new process and team in place by 2010 the turnover was at 37%, a 33% decrease. Opening 9 new resorts and 1 contact center, we created a job fair process that allowed us to hire 90% of the staff prior to opening. We implemented a new assessment from Predictive Index (PI) to help us be more efficient in evaluating the applicants. Created tracking documents and other tools to enhance the recruiter/internal client experience. The team lived by four promises; Deliver a respectful and meaningful experience to each applicant, internal client and teammate, Deliver a top notch candidate each and every time, Individual responsibility will lead to team success, and we are the subject matter experts when it comes to recruiting.
