Directed all aspects of employer-based healthcare practices. During my tenure, I have successfully managed three (3) locations, Mt. Sterling, Ohio; Anderson, Indiana; and Indianapolis, Indiana. The offices range from a single-provider, primary care office to a multiple-provider, multispecialty office, with an onsite lab, offering primary care, psychiatric, physical therapy, and radiology services.

Responsible for the packaging of a variety of products to fulfill online orders by customers in accordance with company quality guidelines, safety procedures, federal regulations, and productivity quotas.

Accountable for dealing with all aspects of debt recovery process and ensuring all communication with account holders are in line with agreed client service levels, laws, and regulatory requirements.

Led all aspects of the day-to-day oversight of a new, two-provider, physical medicine practice, specializing in work injuries and automobile accidents, including management of both clinical and clerical staff, marketing, billing, information technology, and bookkeeping.

Managed daily operations of Release of Information for OhioHealth’s Health Information Department. Provided leadership to release of information staff processing a monthly average of more than 7,200 requests and 400,000 pages, while maintaining an average turnaround time of less than three (3) days.

Supervised all aspects of the day-to-day oversight of the staff, including both clinical and clerical employees. Under my direction, the practice grew from a single-provider, physical medicine practice, specializing in only automobile accidents to a medium-sized, four-physician and physical therapist practice, specializing in automobile accidents, work injuries, social security disability, permanent partial disability examination, and sports physicals.

- Supervised project life cycles, including planning, directing multiple teams at multiple sites, and monitoring cross-functional activities to ensure completion within schedule and budget constraints.- Analyzed client business models to establish clear project expectations, understand business environments, and ensure strategic goals are met in a timely manner.- Performed proposal cost/benefit analysis for long-term and ad hoc projects, while identifying opportunities to cross–sell other services.- Implemented the use of technology–based tools, including designing a Microsoft Access proposal database that linked to the company’s accounting software (QuickBooks) and contact management software (Microsoft Outlook) to better communicate with clients and easily produce detailed proposals, including goals, resource identification and allocation, project architecture, scope of assignment, projected timelines, and financial support.- Facilitated end user deployment and training activities, including providing technical support and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and other technologies.

- Directed all department processes, including ordering, product refurbishing, and shipping and receiving, while maintaining the integrity of the inventory system by reviewing accuracy of all computerized transactions against physical inventory to achieve the desired quality and quantity of products and accessories.- Worked cross functionally with sales, customer service, management, vendors, and business partners to provide technical support and conduct product educational workshops to ensure an exceptional consumer experience.- Beta tested new products from leading manufacturers, researched market trends, and conducted analysis across service and product lines to contribute to product development and enhancements.
