About Stephen Pace

As leaders we have an obligation to protect our employees from the dangers of stress and mental health issues. I have spent over 25 years looking for ways to reduce illness and disease in my life and the lives of the people working in contact centre. I am a dedicated Meditator and have learned from renowned author Daniel Reid, attended events by Tony Robbins, and followed the teachings of Neuroscientist and author Dr Joe Dispenza. The first time I visited a contact centre while working for TNT Express (now owned by FedEx) I understood that to succeed call and contact centres need to make the people that do the work feel special, connected to something greater than simply taking calls as fast as possible. I am delighted to say that with the help of the amazing people at SJS we have been able to teach organisations how to use visual content to do just that, to treat agents with respect, to make them feel valued and remove the stress created by traditional wallboards.
