• Developed over two hundred instructional and training documents for the company’s ERP system. These documents have been used to define standard operating procedures and train new users• Did extensive research into the ERP system to determine the best procedures and to write accurate documents.• Helped the company locate some problematic areas in their procedures and improve their processes.• Interviewed Subject-Matter Experts to gather information and to review documents.

• Developed driver software for the Ubuntu Linux-based controller of an ultra large scale digital screen printer.• Wrote a Java package to implement Python capability into the diagnostic script generator, which had only written PERL scripts. This enabled the team switch test scripting to Python without any disruption.• Wrote SQL queries enabling the UV lamp and ink systems to communicate with a MySQL database.• Updated and tested existing code when system specifications changed. • Developed an application to simulate key hardware, making it possible for the software to operate as if those pieces were in place even though they were still being engineered.• Wrote documentation for the lamp and ink subsystems, the script generator and the simulator.
