Hello link-minded individual,I’m Steve Patterson. I’ve been the host of ‘The Debaters’ comedy show since 2007, a professional standup comedian since 1997, and a live human since 1971. But I’ve only been on LinkedIn since, well, NOW (April 27, 2023 Around 2:30pm)I’ve had the pleasure of entertaining thousands of people across Canada and around the world as a headline comic, a radio and television host, a keynote speaker and a master of ceremonies at international industry events (and friends’ weddings. But frankly, the industry events pay better.)I've worked with organizations like the Canadian Bar Association, The Canadian Surgeons Forum, Waterstone Human Capital, Mackay CEO Forums, Manulife Financial, McGill University, Frito-Lay North America and many others. In short I enjoy working with a wide range of industries. Especially ones where partial payment includes potato chips.Combining comedy with my business background, I launched Funnypaddy Inc., which provides organizations, perhaps not surprisingly, with customized comedy solutions in writing, performing, and coaching. Although the real brain of the operation is my manager, Nancy Theberge.
