In 2006 my wife and I identified a gap in the market for self-storage and came up with a simple idea to combine moving and storage into an easy, hassle-free solution. Nearly a decade down the track we have opened in three markets, Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne and provide an exceptional convenient service that has our clients exclaiming "where have you been all my life?".By creating Smartbox I quickly honed my skills in customer and employee relations, logistical management, product and service provision and business development. Understanding customer needs together with a business model that takes the stress out of peoples lives has given me the opportunity to help people achieve stability in what is usually a very tense time and in turn, help me to reach my personal goals of making a positive difference.
