Design and execute cost effective risk transfer strategies for frozen defined benefit pension plans. The number of frozen DB plans continues to increase as more employers shift to defined contribution retirement plans. DB plan sponsors have very important choices to make in the face of rising PBGC premiums, increased regulation, and uncertain market conditions. My goal is to find a solution that meets the needs of a plan sponsor and fulfills the commitments made to plan participants.• Engage plan sponsors to analyze plan specifics, identify risks, and establish desired outcome(s)• Access the collective resources and expertise of TPA, actuarial, investment and insurance firms to design solutions for each plan• Implement the customized pension risk transfer solution2. Provide comprehensive settlement planning solutions to the clients of our nationwide advisor network. Cases involve personal injury claims as well as non-injury situations that may utilize a structure, including attorney fee deferrals and structured installment sales. I offer an array of services including case design, life care plans, trusts, investment management, MSAs and settlement document preparation .
