Responsible for customizing enterprise search solution based on unique customer requirements and environments. Contributed in the pre-sales process by providing technical assistance to sales people and sales engineers. Developed a number of in-house web applications. On example: created a web application, using C# and .Net technology, that allows sales people to easily manage demo environments hosted on Amazon Web Services.Responsible for creation and maintenance of code to support custom workflows and functionality in NetSuite system. Created custom sales order forms, SKU items, reports, and various other custom objects in NetSuite.Documented problem fixes and best practices for sales engineers and professional services staff. Authored a number of documents that were published on the public-facing help site.Various other functions, including assisting the support, QA, and operations teams as needed.

Account architect on the configuration management service delivery team, in charge of customizing ISM (Maximo) solution for a number of customers. Worked directly with customers and internal account teams. Responsibilities included gathering requirements and designing solutions based on those requirements, analyzing/scrubbing scanned data, data gathering and loading, and process monitoring/improvements.Team lead in charge of hosting twice-weekly technical meetings. Maintainer of team knowledge repository and other team assets. Training and education lead.Lead developer of CMI (Configuration Management Integrator), a web-based configuration management tool used by over 200 accounts. Architected the end-to-end solution, and led a team of 8 developers that completed project in 3 ½ months (2005).Awarded patent for instant messaging innovation in 2012.
