Now working with Causal Map Ltd, our startup web app for identifying and visualising the causal connections that people make in speech and writing.Designed the web app theorymaker.info for quickly sketching theories of change. Designed and implemented over 100 project evaluations and social research programs in over 30 countries. especially in post-conflict, post-disaster and transitional societies. Worked as individual consultant, team member and manager of national and international teams of researchers. Ten publications in peer-reviewed social science journals on post-conflict psychosocial adaptation, and two on evaluation methods. Seven years' experience as a trainer at BMW AG. I have extensive experience in low- and lower-middle income countries especially those in transition and following disasters especially across South-East and Central Europe; also worked in the South Pacific (Fiji, Kiribati and Solomon Islands), Sierra Leone, Ghana, Kenya, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka plus short field trips to Burkina Faso, Uganda, Tanzania, Madagascar, Burundi and Rwanda, as well as leading conflict prevention evaluation in the North Caucasus.
