    White Men As Full Diversity Partners is a consultant firm based in Portland, OR. I am an associate who facilitates learning laboratories called, White Men's Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism and Homophobia in Organizations. The work inspires courageous leadership through learning about creating more inclusive partnerships in organizations. Partnerships across difference and amongst the white men who tend to be the dominant group in business culture. This work examines critical leadership skills and behaviors that support the creation of a more inclusive workplace. The work is process centered using experiential learning to explore the unexamined aspects of race, gender and sexual orientation diversity. The work drives leadership development through the lens of diversity and inclusion. A white men's caucus creates a space for white men to explore openly with one another into these topics. The firm also works with women and people of color in Full Diversity Partner Labs which support the same inclusive culture objectives. I am grateful for the opportunity to do this work with some great organizations working to become even better.
