White Men As Full Diversity Partners is a consultant firm based in Portland, OR. I am an associate who facilitates learning laboratories called, White Men's Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism and Homophobia in Organizations. The work inspires courageous leadership through learning about creating more inclusive partnerships in organizations. Partnerships across difference and amongst the white men who tend to be the dominant group in business culture. This work examines critical leadership skills and behaviors that support the creation of a more inclusive workplace. The work is process centered using experiential learning to explore the unexamined aspects of race, gender and sexual orientation diversity. The work drives leadership development through the lens of diversity and inclusion. A white men's caucus creates a space for white men to explore openly with one another into these topics. The firm also works with women and people of color in Full Diversity Partner Labs which support the same inclusive culture objectives. I am grateful for the opportunity to do this work with some great organizations working to become even better.

From 1990-2000 led leadership and team retreats for both graduate business schools at Wharton and the University of Chicago.The best part of my job is meeting clients who are curious about learning and willing to partner and create unique, engaging experiences for the people they work with. As I travel international regularly my work continues to be shaped by my own experiences especially when they cross cultural boundaries.

Design and facilitate learning experiences for clients of the Kohler Experiential Learning Center.. Group sizes vary (4-250+), indoor / outdoor adaptability, at Destination Kohler or elsewhere. Heavy on facilitation (reflection) or heavy on participation (action), each client engagement is customized. The focus is on a client's specific intentions, goals and culture. Learning is a given, play is an option, work is required, fun is a bonus. We blend them all with great passion.

Assisting in the development of the first required Leadership education program at a US Business School. Design, Facilitation and Coaching skills employed in a graduate student designed and led experiential Leadership curriculum that changed annually.

Created an urban Outward Bound program. 70% funded through fees for services. Served over 2,000 youth, ages 8-14 through Chicago community based adventure programs. Urban adventure experiment. To serve, to strive and not to yield.
