At the time a 30 million-dollar company under two brands (Healthy Back and Sit4less), with over 150+ employees. I reported directly to the owner and Board of Directors (acting as a CEO). I had full P&L responsibility for both companies, overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day business and each department head. ✔Key Accomplishment - Operational Excellence - We utilized dynamic leadership and business acumen to direct retail and ecommerce operations, controlling 23 brick-and-mortar stores, two websites, and $30 million in full P&L responsibility. This is where I learned all about the wholesale side of things. Combining this with my retail experience definitely took my profile and resume to the next level. This is where I also met my partner and Co-Founder in Riderflex, Scott Kegerreis. Without this career move, I may have never met Scott...and without that, we may not have a Riderflex as it lives today. -

My first realization that "bad people" truly do exist in the world. While this crushed me, it was the best thing that ever happened. Eventually landed an awesome job in wholesale where I earned twice as much income and took our family to Colorado, the best place on earth. -
