About Steve Rawlin

My career in commercial real estate spans more than 30 years. In spring 2024 I joined Greybrook Realty Partners, where I am involved in raising private equity for our industry leading real estate projects.Prior to this, in 2020 I joined JLL in Toronto. In the role of Global Account Executive, I oversaw the delivery of global services to RBC, including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Project Delivery Services (PDS), Lease Administration, Finance & Accounting, Strategic Sourcing and Occupancy Planning. I was privileged to lead a team of more than 260 individuals, delivering services to RBC’s CRE team and their end-user clients. Prior to this role, I led Asset Management, Leasing and Lease Administration from Toronto at Triovest Realty Advisors, representing a variety of Canadian pension fund clients invested in industrial, office, retail and apartment properties valued in excess of $2.5B.My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Toronto (Urban Studies), and an MBA from Western University.Steve Rawlin is a registered dealing representative of Greybrook Securities Inc., an exempt market dealer (registered in Ontario and certain other provinces), related to Greybrook Realty Partners.
