Consulting engagement with Kohler Company to lead a process improvement initiative and manage digital projects for a Kohler Plumbing subsidiary. Developed and standardized digital PM processes, evaluated internal PM tools for inclusion in the process, authored project artifact templates, and defined a document archival process.Delivered high-profile key projects including the Kohler Network (Kohler Co.’s video portal), Kohler Pro (Kohler Co.’s trade partner portal), Kohler’s initial Water Conservation web site (2008 WebAward Winner), and the experimental Toilet Selector Tool.

Successfully led and managed Information Security department through a period of rapid infrastructure growth. Ensured strategic alignment of Information Security through the introduction of an Information Security Steering Committee and monthly reporting to senior board of directors.
