2004 to 2006Designed training curriculum for an organization-wide ERP system implementation at a private, liberal arts college. Led the implementation of the Human Resource/Payroll module. Our team's effort resulted in achieving the planned "go live" date, revising multiple administrative processes leading to increased efficiencies, cost savings, and improve constituent satisfaction. Designed and implemented a global training strategy for a conglomerate based on the consolidation of management processes within the organization's legal division. Facilitated train-the-trainer workshops that led to a worldwide effort to train employees within six (6) divisions across thirteen (13) countries.

Facilitated a change management implementation including a global cultural assessment and competency modeling engagement for a $1 billion telecommunications company during an enterprise-wide software implementation (Oracle). Designed and implemented organizational development strategies that included leadership development and performance management initiatives for a Fortune 500 consumer products company during a $5 billion merger.
