As Vice President of ABCO Fire Protection I will be overseeing all installs and major repairs that our company will perform. I will be involved in the training and cross-training programs for our technicians and will be accountable for the P & L’s of all the installs and major repairs. I will be focused on teamwork, quality, accountability, customer satisfaction, and the growth of ABCO Fire Protection.

As Engineered Systems Manager I will be working with customer issues, managing current and future projects, managing employees in the engineered department, and still working out in the field when it is necessary. I will also be working closely with everyone in my department to make sure they are all cross-trained in all aspects of what we do to ensure we can give our customers the best service possible.

My new role at ABCO is yet another challenge that combines Service Tech skills and Supervisor skills to manage my own personal accounts and jobs, as well as supervise the other jobs going on in our department. I will still be programming and installing, but also focusing on time management, customer relations, and parts ordering along with technical support. It is a challenge and I hope to do ABCO a great service by trying my best and staying dedicated to the purpose of this field we work in.

I have various roles at ABCO on a regular basis. My roles include installing, programming, repairing, troubleshooting, organizing jobs, researching new products, and ordering parts for various types of jobs. I am involved in fire alarm, suppression, and some sprinkler installations. The variety of brands that I work with are Notifier, Kidde, Chemetron, Ansul, Fike, Viking, and Tyco.

I installed, serviced, and tested various fire systems including Alarm, Suppression, and Sprinkler. I was also responsible for troubleshooting and obtaining information for new jobs from job sites.
